RESEARCH PROJECT

One of the main goals of the Dr Gaudin’s group is to decipher the dynamics of virus-receptor interactions and better characterize the secretory pathway of viral receptor. The project has started with the development and validation of key tools, including Crispr-Cas9 gene edited cell lines, fluorescent viruses, reporter cell lines and image analysis pipelines. The technical feasibility ensures the success of this project at IRIM.
