Biosketch

With a background in biology and computer science (BSc, University of Paris Diderot) and a specialization in bioinformatics (MSc, University of Nantes), Inès completed a PhD in bioinformatics in Montpellier at IRD (DIADE, REDG team). Her PhD work combined the study of epigenetic regulation during meiosis using high-throughput data and 3D/4D computer vision to quantify cellular dynamics during plant ovule development.
She then joined the MDV team as a Research Engineer, where she develops and maintains single-cell analysis pipelines (proteomics/transcriptomics), contributes to spatial visualization tools, and works on multi-omics integration approaches.
