Biosketch
Maxime is a neuroscience student. He completed a bachelor’s degree in biology, specializing in animal physiology and neuroscience, developing a strong interest in the functioning of the nervous system and its alterations in pathological contexts.
He then enrolled in a Master’s program in neuroscience, during which he completed a Master 1 internship at McGill University. This internship focused on optimizing block-face imaging for 3D brain reconstruction, combining ex vivo imaging, histology, and computational analyses to improve the three-dimensional segmentation of brain tissue.
In 2026, Maxime will continue his studies with a Master 2 internship at IRIM in Montpellier, dedicated to the study of α-synuclein aggregation induced by influenza virus infection.
